We used J. L Latsios to tear up our old driveway and have them excavate, grade, compact and repave with new asphalt.


Jim and his guys were incredibly professional and very open in explaining the process and why that's the process they use. We also threw them a curve ball asking to have them break up and haul away the old concrete patio in front of the house. They knocked it out quickly and reseeded and graded any part of our yard they came in contact with.
